Our 200th Anniversary will officially kick off at the start of the 2024-2025 season in October of this year. Several special activities open to the entire community are being planned.

Homecoming

Saturday, October 12, 2024 (Kick-off at noon, BBQ starts at 4:00) The festivities will commence with a Homecoming event at the club on Saturday, October 12, 2024. The event will include an official start to this exceptional year, an exhibition of curling artifacts and photos spanning over the decades, 200th-anniversary memorabilia, a family barbeque and games for the kids. The evening will conclude with great music and good cheer!
Tickets can be purchased on this website ($10.00 for adults and $5.00 for children.) We look forward to seeing you there!

Wooden Block Bonspiel

Week of February 17, 2025 Enter your 4-member team into this unique curling bonspiel where teams will get to play with our custom-made wooden blocks. This will be the 50th year that these blocks have been used to celebrate the tradition. Each team will play one game, with the bonspiel winner determined by several point formulas. Teams registration is done on this site and the entry fee is $80 per team (includes 1 game, 200th-anniversary memorabilia, yummy snacks and a cold beverage).

Bicentennial Banquet

Saturday, February 22, 2025 Our anniversary will draw to a close with a special ceremony and dinner on Saturday, February 22nd starting at 6:00 pm. A banquet dinner, special guests, music and tributes will be featured. More information will be posted to this site shortly.
