Founded in 1825, the Riverfield Curling Club (RCC) proudly stands as the fourth oldest curling clubs in Canada—a living legacy of sport, community, and friendship in the heart of the Châteauguay Valley.
Now entering our 201st year, the RCC continues to thrive thanks to the dedication of our members, volunteers, and supporters. Following our bicentennial celebrations in 2024–2025, which marked two centuries of curling history, we’re carrying that same energy and enthusiasm into a new era of growth, connection, and fun on the ice.
Whether you’re a seasoned curler or new to the sport, there’s a place for you at Riverfield. Our club offers a variety of leagues and programs, including:

The 2024–2025 bicentennial season was one for the history books! From our Scottish Homecoming Luncheon and BBQ to the Morris Craig Commemorative Wooden Block Bonspiel and the Bicentennial Banquet, the year showcased the enduring spirit of curling in our community.
We were proud to recognize outstanding members through our new Builder’s Awards and Lifetime Membership Awards, honouring those who have shaped the club’s success for generations.
Building on the excitement of our bicentennial year, the RCC continues to:
Our mission remains the same as it was two centuries ago: to bring people together through sport, friendship, and community spirit.
The 2025–2026 curling season is just getting underway, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the ice. Whether you’re here to play, volunteer, or simply enjoy the warmth of the clubhouse, there’s no better place to experience the heart of curling than Riverfield.
